Our training style is informal and practical, designed to gain maximum participation from delegates and every opportunity is taken to create links back to the business .
We encourage briefing and debriefing with delegates before and after training and realistic and specific action planning with the support of their managers.

About kmp training and consultancy
Kmp Training and Consultancy is owned by Karen and Martin Price who founded the business based on their wide experience of training managers and staff at all levels, and developing and implementing training-related strategies.
 Karen has planned, co-ordinated and delivered management training up to board level in a major publishing company. She has also operated as an internal consultant on human resources issues and advised on gaining recognition under the Investors in People scheme. A former finance director, Karen is a member of the Institute of Credit Management.
 Martin managed a number of publishing companies in highly competitive markets. With a strong track record in training, he has developed and led management training programmes and gained the prestigious Investors in People Award. He entered newspapers as a trainee reporter and was an Editor for many years before entering general management.
Both are experienced trainers and lead all kmp programmes personally. They have an internationally recognised qualification in inter-personal skills and relationships issues in business.
